Having read the feedback document I am not sure if it gives a great sense of the discussions or maybe even the content of the meeting. The document content appears a bit unstructured and unclear as to who made what notes etc.
Just thought I'd say as to anyone reading it who was not there would not get a clear idea as to the intention or outcomes of the meeting.
Lets keep at it.
