Hi Reg & Gang
Talking about Silver Cross prams I think they are over a grand to buy now one of the latest singers bought one cannot remember who she was. Was it Churchills who made these prams? as they had premises when I was young down in Commerce St. 70 years ago. They had a lot of works down that area, I remember there was a wallpaper factory at the corner of Wallace St Commerce St as we used to go up and ask them for cuttings to cover our school books can anyone else remember, there was also a coopers down in Commerce as we used to watch them making the barrels. I could cry when I think of all the works, there were tailoring, knitwear etc that was in the sooside now there is nothing breaks your heart everything is being made abroad now :(

Hi all

Have spent hours searching for a photograph or information on this type of outside toilet and no luck whatsoever :x I'm hoping that someone on here reading this can help with either info or remember seeing this in Moffat Street or somewhere else. Thanks, Sheila
