He came up with a suggestion for you. He said you should do a wee video introducing yourself to Mr & Mrs Silent, then post it on YouTube and then send another wee note to them with the link to the video and let them see you are a real person and your request is genuine. Sorry for delay on replying to your great suggestion Partner, but have been really busy over the last few days. Well I read your son's suggestion and thought I really like this, it certainly does make the point and it has a possibility of working. Thank your son for me and I will keep you informed if I decide to do it. Just need to mull it over.
