Hi all thought I'd write this wee verse I found on the net

Why does Santa look s merry?
Has he mixed the port and sherry?
In his sledge is he pie eyed?
Could we see him breathalysed?

Called into court and duly tried
Found guilty and disqualified
What a shock for the girls and boys
If he's banned from bringing toys

So when battles through the drifts
Delivering all your Christmas gifts
Don't leave him vodka, gin or whiskey
Leave him milk it's much less risky

Happy Christmas to you all

Dear Santa Clause it's time to be sober.
To deliver your gifts all the World over.
All we children are waiting for you soon.
For us to get prezys to make us swoon.

I hope you + Mrs Clause are keeping fine.
We know that you wont be drinking wine.
The Reindeers will pull you throu' the snow.
So you Santa Clause can say HO HO HO.

Gorbals anecdotes wish you great cheer.
So a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year.
