Anyone recall a Doctor or anyone by the surname of Carroll?

I am trying to trace information regards a family by the name of Carroll.
I have little information other than the mother was a Doctor Eileen Carroll and the sons were John Aloysius, and James.

There is a connection to the Gorbals somewhere which I am trying to find. I don't have definite dates at all but I reckon we are maybe looking at around the 1950's but this could be not the case. Not a lot to go on but any memories might move it along.

Hi there,
there was a doctor Cameron lady doctor who had a surgery facing St. Francis chapel in Cumberland St. near Sandyfaulds St around 30's to the 40's maybe even the 50's (have you got the right name.)
There were loads of surgeries in the gorbals so maybe someone else would remember, hope you are lucky in finding her as the people on here are great for helping others.

Probably not the same Eileen Carroll, but a curious coincidence with the Glasgow connection!

I have made contact with her nephew in Nottingham and am hoping to move things on in the near future, though there is the possibility that it may come to a dead end.

Her name is indeed Eileen Carroll. I have quite a bit of info on her so far but nothing which makes the Gorbals connection. A work in progress!
