Amelia, the block in Norrie's foto is 140 Sandiefield Rd, and it's part of the E Block scheme. There were 12 blocks, but this one and 40 Camden St were not attached to the others.

These are the flats that Amelia was talking about, when she mentioned Cathcart Rd, it was putting us off the track. We were forgetting that this one block was in fact so close to the bottom end of Cathcart Rd. I knew she meant the Dampies as I said the time frame was right and there hadn't been any other low rise flats built at that time.
