My husband has just had 6 books published on the kindle or is it Amazon he had been working on them for years nothing to do with the Gorbals though he has a trilogy dating back to 1700's also a crime story, science fiction and don't know what the other comes under who knows I might be "flitting" to another house when he gets his commission

Hi Amelia,
Fair play to your husband WOW he has had written 6 books fair play to him, mayb tou could put the names of the books on here in the Anecdotes so people can look for them. Kindle books are the e-book which you can buy online/download from Amazon straight on to your Kindle appliance which I believe you can buy for £60 [?]. these e books are very reasonably priced from £2 or £3 or so, I would like to know the titles of your husbands book Amelia please,
By the way I met up with Rosemary yesterday here in London and we had a great auld time , taking a trip down memory lane of the soo-side of 45 years ago, we had a few drinks too [oh mah heid], what a lovely nice person she is.
Regards.
Danny :)

Thanks Norrie, my husband has kept his own name Jeremiah McKinlay his fist book from the "McIntosh Chronicles is Farewell Caledonia. When I was reading it you wonder how people can think up a story and the amount of words that is in it is mind boggling to think someone from the Gorbals could do this. I only hope he is lucky not for the money but the idea of seeing his name in print.

Hi Amelia,
Meant to say that Rosemary has been visiting her family up in Scotland [she sent me an e mail] and really been enjoying herself although she stubbed her toe the other day and was in pain [sober may I say]. I think she goes back to OZ on the 15 th of this month. Looked up on Amazon and your Husband's books are on sale to download onto your Kindle [e-book]
I probably will get one of those Kindles in the future and when I do then just like your Husbands books can be downloaded for a £1 + upwards. My publisher advised me when I was getting my book published that these e-book's are the way people will read books in the future, it's just that always being used to a paperback it's hard to break the habit and I would imagine a lot of people may find it hard to break from that scene. Anyway Amelia, Rosemary told me she would post here when her holidays are all over so good luck to her, will speak later.
Regards.
