"Gorbals hanging angel"

Good Afternoon everyone
Can anyone tell me anything about the "angel figures" that are hanging from the building in Caledonia Road, my brother was asking me to find out.

The angels were part of the regeneration of the Gorbals whereupon the developers committed one percent of the project costs to artwork incorporated in the development. As a result the Gorbals regeneration area is home to a wide range of urban art regaling the walls, windows, pavements and open areas.
