Braveheart (John) where are you?

Post by Granny911 »

Hi John
Haven't seen you on here for ages, missing you and your stories partner. Hope all is well? Wondering if you've done a runner and are having a wee holiday with the "Silents?" Hope you'll be back on here again soon. Cheers, Sheila

Hi Gang,
Yes I hope that John's OK , I think that sometimes people give posting a break for a while [including myself], then all of a sudden people seem to post at the same time. I know that I'm on face/ book every day and it can get a bit much for me sometimes so I have a break for a while . Hope everybody is having a fairly good/mild Winter wherever you are in the World, it seems to be raining every day here in the London area. I don't like going out in the rain as my old walking stick can sometimes "skite"= can you imagine me walking down the road with a Brolly in one hand, the walking stick in the other trying to walk round the puddles and thinking I wish to God I was in the pub sitting having a glass of Rum and thinking back to when I was younger ha ha. Hope to hear from the rest of the Gang soon, take care everybody.
Regards.
Danny. :)

Hi gang
Hope you're right Danny that John is just maybe taking a break from here.
Not sure where John lives but when I saw the floods in the south of England on TV, I'm hoping it's not down there he lives. Hopefully we'll hear from him soon. Hope the rain stops for you soon Danny, can see your concern going out in the rain with a walking stick and worrying it goes for a skite. Our weather here has been cold, minus 7 but with the wind chill factor it's been minus 15. The sun is shining brightly, so we have bampots on the news telling us "it's a lovely day" I guess it is, if you're a polar bear. Anyway stay safe Danny and out the rain, soon as it stops head to your local for your glass of rum. Bye for now, Sheila
